Employer Disclosure

Legal Search Associates (LSA) requires all new clients to register their law firm or company with LSA before posting open legal positions. As part of the registration process, LSA requires all new clients to agree to and sign a contingency fee agreement.

FEES:

Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, LSA’s fees are contingency based and payable by you, the employer/client. LSA refers candidates with the express understanding that all fees are assumed and will be paid when the candidate accepts any offer of employment made in writing or verbally by the firm/company within one (1) year from the date of referral.

The standard fee for a new attorney brought by one of LSA’s recruiters to employers/clients is twenty-five percent (25%) of the new attorney’s first year salary and any signing bonus.  Our fee is due upon the starting date of employment, unless other arrangements are made in advance, and we guarantee all placements for a period of six months from the starting date of employment. If there is a termination of the new employee during the guarantee period, LSA will refund the fee on a pro-rata basis at 1/6th of the fee for any of the first six month not completed.

I have read, understand and agree to LSA’s registration and fee disclosure: Click to Agree and Register
