A large St. Louis law firm is seeking an associate in its Business Litigation Practice Group. If you are an experienced litigator with 3- 5 years of solid experience handling business litigation matters we want to hear from you. Experience handling litigation matters in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, title insurance, mechanic’s liens and/or debtor/creditor is preferred.

As an associate you will be expected to have experience handling cases from start to finish, including handling all facets of discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration and trial. Associates handle contract disputes, business torts and other litigation involving business disputes.

You will receive challenging projects and handle the day-to-day responsibilities from taking and defending depositions, appearing in court on motions and having direct client communications under the guidance and supervision from our experienced shareholders.

To help you succeed, the firm will invest in you, with continued skill development opportunities, marketing opportunities, your own marketing budget, client exposure, mentor support, credit for vacation time and opportunities for leadership positions on various firm committees.

The firm continues to expand its areas of practice and in geographic locations.
