Description

A small but very successful financial management company in Kansas City is seeking to hire a qualified person to join their team as Client Services Manager.

Client Services Manager - The CSM role is charged with organizing and managing the Company’s daily operations, including customer relations expertise, marketing and administration.

 

  • Manage client interactive experience
  • Achieve most efficient office organization
  • Manage Marketing and Referral Programs
  • Retirement Plan Administration
  • Assist preparing & processing new account documents 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and support
  • Ability to work independently and offer support and creative solutions to daily tasks
  • Ability to function and remain focused in fast paced and multi-tasking situations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, trustworthy, honest, ethical and team-oriented
  • Ability to complete maintain focus on detail-oriented tasks

 

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Superior proficiency in Office Suites (Excel, Power Point and Word), database management, direct and e-marketing, CRM, formal sales presentations (Internet and PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude
  • Team Player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
