Confidentiality:

A candidate’s confidentiality is our top priority. To protect your privacy Legal Search Associates will never send your resume to any client without your express approval nor do we contact your present employers. We do not conduct mass e-mail marketing campaigns with our candidates resumes but rather customize and individualize our search for you.

Expectations:

All fees for our services are paid by the hiring client; you as the candidate pay nothing. To assist us in understanding your professional goals and expectations we will conduct an introductory phone or face to face interview early on in the process after we receive your resume. We then provide you with feedback on the current job market and your place in it. As we cultivate and/or find opportunities that match your skill set or practice area, we will present those to you and allow you to make the final decision.

Resume Review:

We will review your resume before submitting it to clients. When necessary and advisable, we will provide feedback and suggestions so your resume best reflects your legal skill set, maximizes impact, and meets the client’s position requirements.

Salary Negotiation:

Legal Search Associates’ knowledge of the legal markets and experience and expertise allows us to counsel and assist you in handling this step in the most ethical manner.
